Mais pour cela, il faut faire appel \u00e0 un Chef Cuisinier qui a la qualit\u00e9 de Pitmaster !<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"1:1-1:251\">Un pitmaster est un professionnel du barbecue, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans la cuisson \u00e0 la fum\u00e9e. Il ma\u00eetrise les techniques de cuisson \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature, ainsi que les diff\u00e9rents types de bois et d&rsquo;\u00e9pices qui peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour aromatiser les aliments.<br \/>\nLes pitmasters sont de vrais passionn\u00e9s par leur m\u00e9tier et consacrent beaucoup de temps et d&rsquo;efforts \u00e0 perfectionner leurs techniques. Ils sont \u00e9galement des experts en mati\u00e8re de cuisson des diff\u00e9rents types de viandes, de poissons et de l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:276\">Les pitmasters travaillent dans une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de contextes.
