C&rsquo;est un v\u00e9ritable professionnel de la cuisson au barbecue en basse temp\u00e9rature et cuisson longue, voir tr\u00e8s longue. C&rsquo;est un v\u00e9ritable art culinaire tant la m\u00e9thode est rare et la qualit\u00e9 gustative de la viande est exceptionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Prescilla, qui soutient Anthony dans cette cr\u00e9ation de Corner depuis le d\u00e9but, assure la commande au comptoir et le service en salle.\u00a0 Elle r\u00e9alise aussi les cocktails et la patisserie. Elle se forme actuellement pour devenir \u00e9galement Pitmaster.
